Care that never Ends

Small acts of kindness, given structure

Both founders had been giving back to society for years — quietly, informally, and without fanfare. A meal here, a book there, a helping hand whenever possible. In 2024, with the encouragement of their children, these individual acts of care were brought together under one roof.

The journey began with something simple: the installation of a public water cooler at Rakesh Marg, Ghaziabad. That single act — ensuring strangers could quench their thirst on a hot day — set the tone for everything that followed.

Community bhandaras, animal feeding, stationery for children, blankets for the poor — each initiative a reflection of the belief that "even small contributions, made with sincerity, create meaningful change."

"Sanghann Cares is not just an initiative — it is an open invitation. Anyone who shares the vision of giving back is welcome to join and contribute in any way they can."

Resilience, integrity, and a heart for service

Santosh Gupta

Co-Founder & Trustee
Teacher · Modinagar

Born in Modinagar, Santosh Gupta's early life was shaped by financial and social challenges — yet these experiences only deepened her resolve. As a woman who lived through the struggles of inadequate sanitation and limited access to basic resources, she carries an intimate understanding of what dignity truly means.

A teacher by profession and a nurturer by nature, she never stopped supporting children — even after stepping away from formal work to raise her family. She guided, taught, and gave wherever she could, quietly and without seeking recognition.

"If given the opportunity, one must serve others. The desire to create impact is not bound by age."

Ghanshyam Dass Gupta

Co-Founder & Trustee
Entrepreneur · Ghaziabad

Born in Ghaziabad and raised in Delhi, Ghanshyam Dass Gupta's life is a testament to perseverance. He built everything through hard work, guided by values that never bent under pressure — even through years of financial hardship and the relentless demands of raising a family.

Known for being kind at heart yet firm in discipline, he ensured his children grew up grounded in education and integrity. Through the complexities of real estate and business, he stayed committed to building not just a stable life — but a respectable one.

"Over time, a strong desire grew — to give back to society in whatever capacity possible. That desire became Sanghann Cares."

Three Pillars of Lasting Change

Every initiative we run falls under one of these three pillars — deliberately chosen to maximise impact and align with government and CSR funding priorities.

🚻
Pillar 1

Sanitation & Hygiene

Dignity begins with access to clean, safe sanitation. We build and maintain public facilities, especially for women, in underserved urban areas.

Women's public toilet construction
Hygiene awareness camps
Menstrual health support
Clean water access points
🍱
Pillar 2

Nutrition & Food Security

No one in our community should go hungry. Through regular bhandaras and food drives, we ensure that workers, children, and families are nourished.

Community bhandaras & langar
Food kits for poor families
Festival nutrition drives
Water cooler installations
📚
Pillar 3

Child Education

Every child deserves the tools to learn. We provide stationery, school supplies, and educational support to underprivileged children across Ghaziabad.

Stationery & school supply drives
Scholarship support
Learning centre partnerships
Awareness & mentorship

What We've Done & What's Coming

Project 3 · Target: December 2026
Women's Public Toilet — Dignity on the Roadside
♀ Women's Hygiene

What we're doing

Constructing a clean, safe, permanent public toilet for women at a roadside location in Ghaziabad — addressing one of the most pressing and overlooked needs of women in public spaces.

Unlike a one-time installation, this project includes ongoing paid maintenance — a dedicated attendant will keep the facility clean, safe, and operational every single day. This is what makes it genuinely sustainable.

Why this matters: In India, lack of public sanitation for women forces them to wait, risk their health, and compromise their dignity daily. One clean, maintained facility changes lives — not just for a day, but permanently.

Permanent construction at roadside location
Dedicated maintenance attendant (paid)
Sanitation supplies included
Ongoing annual maintenance fund
Project Budget
Construction & materials₹2,00,000
Water & electrical connection₹40,000
Attendant salary (Year 1)₹96,000
Supplies & contingency₹24,000
Total Goal₹3,60,000
💡 We are also applying to Swachh Bharat Mission for government co-funding. Your donation will match-fund the government grant.
